Uppl\u00e5telse f\u00f6r det prim\u00e4ra syftet av andrahandsuthyrning medges ej.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r det fall bostadsr\u00e4ttsinnehavaren, under en begr\u00e4nsad tid, inte avser nyttja sin l\u00e4gen\u00adhet, kan fr\u00e5gan om uthyrning i andra hand uppkomma. I ett s\u00e5dant fall kan, under nedan\u00adst\u00e5ende f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar, styrelsen efter sedvanlig pr\u00f6vning bevilja detta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ans\u00f6kan g\u00f6rs p\u00e5 blankett som tillhandah\u00e5lls av styrelsen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den tillt\u00e4nkta hyresg\u00e4sten skall vara namngiven och godk\u00e4nd av styrelsen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sk\u00e4let till andrahandsuthyrning skall anges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uthyrning kan medges av styrelsen under en period av 6 m\u00e5nader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En period av ytterligare 6 m\u00e5nader kan, efter s\u00e4rskild pr\u00f6vning, beviljas av styrelsen efter f\u00f6rnyad ans\u00f6kan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uthyrning till juridisk person medges inte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uthyrning\/uppl\u00e5telse via Airbnb och liknande f\u00f6rmedlingar medges inte d\u00e5 det \u00e4r att likna vid hotellr\u00f6relse eller annan kommersiell hyresverksamhet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Som uthyrare skall man under alla omst\u00e4ndigheter kontrollera med Hyresn\u00e4mnden vilka villkor som g\u00e4ller, s\u00e4rskilt avseende besittningsr\u00e4tt som kan uppst\u00e5 till f\u00f6ljd av uthyrning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avsteg fr\u00e5n besittningsr\u00e4tten kan bevil\u00adjas av Hyresn\u00e4mnden om sk\u00e4l d\u00e4rtill f\u00f6religger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hyresn\u00e4mndens hemsida: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hyresn\u00e4mnden.se\">www.hyresn\u00e4mnden.se<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bostadsr\u00e4ttsinnehavaren \u00e4r alltid betalningsansvarig gentemot f\u00f6reningen. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r skall alltid anges till vilken adress avier och andra meddelanden skall skickas under uthyr\u00adningstiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bostadsr\u00e4ttsinnehavaren skall informera den tillt\u00e4nkta hyresg\u00e4sten om inneh\u00e5llet i f\u00f6re\u00adningens stadgar och \u00f6vriga ordningsregler.
